- Remove deskutils/lightning and deskutils/lightning-thunderbird as both
ports were outdated and superseded by the new LIGHTNING option in
www/seamonkey and mail/thunderbird. Please read UPDATING as the lightning
XPI now register itself.

Mark FORBIDDEN the remaining ports that are vulnerable for more than
2 weeks according to portaudit (ranging from 23 days to 7 years).
The maintainers were notified by mail that this action would be taken
on 2011-09-03. (Ports for which maintainers responded have been/will be
dealt with separately.)
Also mark DEPRECATED ports that rely on the FORBIDDEN ports, and a few
ports that rely on those DEPRECATED ports.

retire GECKO_PTHREAD_LIBS just use PTHREAD_LIBS.
this will enable compilation with clang. firefox 6 and thunderbid 6 now build
fine with clang. other gecko ports should become compilable as soon as they are
based on the same gecko version as firefox and thunderbird 6

- Add Lightning 1.0 Beta 1. This version works with Thunderbird 3.0 and
SeaMonkey 2.0.
Lightning brings the Sunbird calendar to the popular email client, Mozilla
Thunderbird and the SeaMonkey internet application suite. Since it's an
extension, Lightning is tightly integrated with Thunderbird or SeaMonkey,
allowing it to easily perform email-related calendaring tasks.
