audio/py-pyttsx3: Add port
Offline Text To Speech (TTS) converter for Python. Unlike alternative libraries,
it works offline.
Requires some post-release commits from Github due to dependency on
audio/espeak-ng[1]. If release version 2.90 is installed via e.g. PIP instead,
it will not find audio/espeak's libespeak-ng.so.1 library.
The port is needed as one of the dependencies of the QGIS plugin 'QChatGPT'.

reason to keep the major version in the portname, we only had one version

The patch also incorporates bug #267065, relaxing the version requirement
on the python build dependency.

Why you will love Mousai?
* Identify the title and artist of the song within seconds.
* Use your microphone or audio from desktop.
* Store the identified song including the album art in history.
* Preview the identified song with the native player.
* Browse and listen the song from different providers.
* Easy-to-use user interface.

audio/libcanberra: split a gtk2 from non graphic port
there was already a slave port for gtk3, now make a slaveport for gtk2 as
well.
While here fix the option definition which was wrongly done making libcanberra
have no options at all while libcanberra-gtk3 had and the opposite was expected
Use options helpers to simplify the port.
Drop the gtkdoc by default
bump revision and track no package for the 2 only port requiring the gtk2
library
Reduce the slave port to its bare minimal requirement
This change has been made in a slaveport instead of a flavor, because flavors
depending
on its own origin is not supported. this is a candidate for subpackages in the
futur.
note that this changes also removes gtk2 from the dependency path of many gtk3
only

audio/sdl2_sound: add port: Abstract SDL soundfile decoder
- Add the latest version of sdl_sound with support for
USE_SDL=sound2.
- Note that this is sdl2-only library, so audio/sdl_sound,
which is sdl1-only library, remains in the tree and is
not affected. I've had to rename playsound binary this
port also installs to avoid the conflict.
- The library now contains all the decoder code, so no external
depends and options are needed any longer. I've added MIDI
option though, since upstream has it disabled by default due
to different license.

The FreeBSD specific changes have been upstreamed, we can fetch the original

from the JACK server, move them to the new port jack-example-tools.
This also includes a fix for missing library symbols, see bug #257696.
