x11/nvidia-driver: reword the pkg-message to reflect modern reality
Try to reduce readers' confusion by specifying exactly which nVidia
kernel module users should be loading these days.

Do not mention loading modules via loader.conf
It is generally discouraged to load graphics kernel modules via
loader.conf(5). According to kevans@, loading Nvidia modules like this is
fragile for UEFI on FreeBSD <= 12.1. It might work, but those modules are
large and the loader's staging area is insufficient to contain kernel,
Nvidia modules, and much of anything else at the same time.
Also, while here, encourage people to use sysrc to modify the contents of
rc.conf(5).

- Mention that ``nvidia'' (or ``nvidia-modeset'' as of recently) can be put
on ``kld_list'' variable in /etc/rc.conf as well (for later loading)
- Make s/nvidia/nvidia-modeset/ replacement suggestion more accurate because
``.ko'' suffix is omitted in syntax for both of those files
- Improve UPDATING wording for corresponding 20160829 entry accordingly

Fix damage done in r421117: UPDATING entries do not make good `pkg-message'
files, especially when there already is existing `files/pkg-message.in'.
Unfortunately, this now requires port revision bump in all three ports.

In sight of upcoming update, deorbit support for legacy versions (part 1):
- Make the top comment reflect the current reality
- MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR does not have be set later, as it no longer depends
on NVVERSION (this also allows to move ONLY_FOR_ARCHS where it belongs)
- Delete no longer relevant legacy only versions specific patches; retain
EXTRA_PATCHES as this separation would still be needed in new versions
- All security patches only touch legacy drivers and thus also deleted
- PAE and WBINVD options are now unconditional (independent of NVVERSION)
- Drop no longer needed LIB_DEPENDS on libm.so.3 from `misc/compat5x'
- Adjust a comment and simplify regexp that had been sitting in my tree
- Stop mentioning that this driver does not support PAE-enabled kernels

- Update the driver to version 169.07. Since they've changed version scheme
once again, as a temporary measure, NVVERSION is easier to define in slave
and master ports independently than further obfuscate the Makefile
- Display pkg-message consistenly between port vs. package installation
- Minor nit: spell `NVidia' consistently in Makefile

Long-awaited NVidia driver update:
- Update the driver to the latest version, 100.14.11
- Update legacy driver versions to 1.0-7185 and 1.0-9639
- Prevent the port from messing with system configuration files (e.g.
/boot/loader.conf) and doing automatic module loading/unloading. This
functionality would be lost in package anyway, and might cause undesired
side effects [*]
- Register proper @exec/@unexec for ldconfig(8) calls for Linux libraries
- Kill NVidia's afterinstall banner, our pkg-message tells the same but is
more detailed and accurate
- Require X server being installed
- INSTALLS_SHLIB -> USE_LDCONFIG, seems to be OK nowadays
- Respect NOPORTDOCS user setting
- Throw in couple of comments + other minor tweaks (Only the first 15 lines of the commit message are shown above )

- Make plist substitution knobs named coherently with X system used,
previously they were somewhat misleading (logic remains the same) [1]
- Take xorg-server-snap into account, previously having it installed
would break pkg-list logic (libglx.so wasn't backed up/restored
properly) [2]
- Utilize DOCSDIR macro in pkg-message.in
- Drop currently noop USE_X_PREFIX
