Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Install Monoisome font as well

I am adding the Monoisome font to the port, which is a mix of Monoid
and Font Awesome making it possible to see icons in the text.

New port: x11-fonts/monoid: Coding font with alternates, ligatures and
contextual positioning

Monoid is customizable and optimized for coding with bitmap-like sharpness
at 12px/9pt even on low res displays.

Semi-condensed and distinguishable glyphs with short ascenders + descenders,
big apertures and supersized operators + punctuation.

Monoid comes in regular, bold, oblique and retina versions with >750 latin,
greek, cyrillic, ligature, alternate and Powerline glyphs.
