x11-fonts/freefont: Do not package fonts.{dir,scale}

They are generated by USES=font post-install.  Packaging them just
leads to checksum errors:

Style fixes for x11-fonts.    

Fix typo: particularily -> particularly    

Take over maintainership.    

Tell users that not all these fonts are free.    

Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to .  Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is   spelled out
(many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type   fixes that
shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"   appear.    

Convert category x11-fonts to new layout.  

Remove an unwanted .orig file from the PLIST, and fix a couple   of typos in the
pkg/DESCR.  PORTREVISION bumped.
