Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
The RISC-V Supervisor Binary Interface (SBI) is the recommended interface between: 1. A platform-specific firmware running in M-mode and a bootloader, a hypervisor or a general-purpose OS executing in S-mode or HS-mode. 2. A hypervisor running in HS-mode and a bootloader or a general-purpose OS executing in VS-mode. The RISC-V SBI specification is maintained as an independent project by the RISC-V Foundation at https://github.com/riscv/riscv-sbi-doc. The goal of the OpenSBI project is to provide an open-source reference implementation of the RISC-V SBI specifications for platform-specific firmwares executing in M-mode (case 1 mentioned above). An OpenSBI implementation can be easily extended by RISC-V platform and system-on-chip vendors to fit a particular hardware configuration.

sysutils/opensbi: fix build with clang 17

Building sysutils/opensbi with clang 17 results in the following errors:

clang: error: unsupported option '-mno-unaligned-access' for target
'riscv64-unknown-elf'
clang: error: unsupported option '-mno-unaligned-access' for target
'riscv64-unknown-elf'
  [... many more times...]

The target-specific option -mno-unaligned-access (which is emitted from
the compiler driver when -mstrict-align is used) did not do anything for
riscv64, but clang 17 is now more strict about reporting unsupported
options. Remove the -mstrict-align option from the Makefile's CFLAGS and
ASFLAGS to fix it.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

sysutils/opensbi: update to version v1.0

As the fu540 platform has been removed with this version, fall back to
building the generic platform only. Keep the platform logic around in
the Makefile in case we need it in the future.

Switch to building with base system clang+binutils.

sysutils/opensbi: update to v0.8

This brings some restructuring to the installation paths. Firmware
files are still stored under /usr/local/share, but with the new prefix
allowing for multiple ABIs to be installed (e.g. opensbi/lp64/qemu/virt).
Libraries have been moved to /usr/local/lib64.

A new "generic" platform has been added, which will produce firmware
binaries capable of running on several platforms. The qemu/virt and
spike platforms have been removed as a result.

Additionally, the fw_payload.[bin|elf] files will no longer be
installed. These are compiled with the test payload and therefore don't
offer much use as part of this port.

New port: sysutils/opensbi: OpenSBI, a RISC-V bootloader and firmware

OpenSBI is a RISC-V bootloader and set of firmware libraries that
implement the RISC-V Supervisor Binary Interface (SBI) required for
supervisor targets, such as the FreeBSD kernel.

This port installs the OpenSBI libraries that can be used for
development of custom firmwares, as well as the firmware files for the
QEMU virt and SiFive U540 platforms.
