Mk/**ldap.mk: Convert USE_LDAP to USES=ldap

Convert the USE_LDAP=yes to USES=ldap and adds the following features:

- Adds the argument USES=ldap:server to add openldap2{4|5|6}-server as
  RUN_DEPENDS
- Adds the argument USES=ldap<version> and replaces WANT_OPENLDAP_VER
- Adds OPENLDAP versions in bsd.default-versions.mk
- Adds USE_OPENLDAP/WANT_OPENLDAP_VER in Mk/bsd.sanity.mk
- Changes consumers to use the features

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

net/openldap24-server: Make SASL permanent for OpenLDAP port.

Add OPENLDAP_SASL option for changing LIB_DEPENDS
to openldap-sasl-client.

- Make SASLdb excludable.
- Make SASLdb buildable with GDBM.
- Make sure to disable the plugins where it is not required.

Move PLIST_FILES for plugins into cyrus-sasl2/Makefile.common.

Move the common part of the cyrus-sasl2 separated ports into
Makefile.common, to make further maintenance easier.

Backout r398328 and r398370, they break packages depending on them.

Deprecate md5 in favour of sha256 checksums.  md5 checksums will no longer
be generated or checked, and will be silently ignored for now.  Also,

Remove useless version check.  The bsd.port.mk supports only
OpenLDAP 2.2 and later.

- Set --mandir and --infodir in CONFIGURE_ARGS if the configure script
  supports them.  This is determined by running ``configure --help'' in
  do-configure target and set the shell variable _LATE_CONFIGURE_ARGS
  which is then passed to CONFIGURE_ARGS.
- Remove --mandir and --infodir in ports' Makefile where applicable
  Few ports use REINPLACE_CMD to achieve the same effect, remove them too.
- Correct some manual pages location from PREFIX/man to MANPREFIX/man
- Define INFO_PATH where necessary
- Document that .info files are installed in a subdirectory relative to
  PREFIX/INFO_PATH and slightly change add-plist-info to use INFO_PATH and
  subdirectory detection.

New port -- SASL LDAPDB auxprop plugin
Though this is actually part of Cyrus SASL2, we cannot simply
enable it in security/cyrus-sasl2 to avoid dependency loop with
net/openldap.
