8.71 is more than 12 years old by now and have been unsupported
for many years so it's about time to let go of these ports

Remove # $FreeBSD$ from Makefiles.

Add USES=xorg USES=gl, ports categories p

Add USES=xorg and USES=gl to ports in categories starting with 'p'
While here, try to sprinkle other USES (mostly gnome and sdl) as needed.

Rename all files containing a : in their filename.

While there, run make makepatch on affected ports, and rename patches
accordingly.
