print/ipp-usb: Add port
ipp-usb daemon enables driver-less printing and scanning on USB-only
AirPrint-compatible printers and MFPs. It works by connecting to the device by
USB using IPP-over-USB protocol, and exposing the device to the network,
including DNS-SD (ZeroConf) advertising. IPP printing, eSCL scanning and web
console are fully supported.

print/py-glyphsets: Add py-glyphsets 0.2.1
glyphsets helps evaluate coverage of glyph sets in font projects
If you are a font developer or typeface designer, see the
"Lib/glyphsets/encodings/GF Glyph Sets" subdirectory which provides glyph set
definition "standards" that are typically useful sets to draw.
On the other hand, the nam files on the "Lib/glyphsets/encodings" directory are
probably more useful for expert web developers. Those files explain how the
Unicode Range subsets are defined, typically per script (writing system), in the
Google Fonts css API.

PyQt: Update sip to 6.5.0, reintroduce sip4 and simplify PyQt framework.
SIP:
As mentioned in the update from sip to sip5, this is a transitional version
to remove what is deprecated in sip4.
Sip6 completely removes the deprecated parts.
Unfortunately, some ports — mostly cura things — can not use sip6, so we
reintroduce sip4.

At the same time, we took the opportunity to simplify PyQT and propose only one

print/py-collidoscope: Add py-collidoscope 0.0.6
collidoscope reports on situations where paths overlap in a shaped piece of
text.
This software tries every combination of glyphs within a specified Unicode range
and up to a specified length of string and outputs a report of all situations
where the glyphs collide. It has a number of collision tests:
- Paths in non-adjacent glyphs are never allowed to collide.
- If the cursive test is turned on, then paths with a cursive attachment anchor
are allowed to overlap with paths in an adjacent glyph which also contain a
cursive attachment anchor, but are not allowed to overlap with a path without
a cursive attachment anchor.
- If the area test is turned on, then paths in adjacent glyphs may collide so
long as the area of overlap does not exceed a given percentage of the smallest
path's area. i.e. if the area percentage is set to 25%, then two strokes may
connect, because the overlap is likely to be quite small compared to the size
of the paths involved. But if a stroke significantly overlaps a nukta, it will
be reported as a collision. (Of course, this will not detect strokes which
merely graze a nukta.)

Adding your own definitions is easy. All files in the internals directory are

Remove the hb-view utitilty from the main harfbuzz port and move it to it's
own port. The hb-view utility is the only part of harfbuzz that requires
cairo. So now harfbuzz doesn't pull in x11 libraries or mesa via cairo, this
is usefull for ports that want to use harfbuzz but don't use or want x11.

Update CentOS 7 ports to 7.6.1810.
This adds some new ports:
converters/linux-c7-fribidi required by x11-toolkits/linux-c7-pango.
graphics/linux-c7-libglvnd required by graphics/linux-c7-dri.
graphics/linux-c7-wayland required by graphics/linux-c7-dri.
print/linux-c7-freetype unbundled from emulators/linux_base-c7 because it
depends on graphics/linux-c7-png now.
Mesa OpenGL libraries in graphics/linux-c7-dri now support libglvnd (GL
Vendor-Neutral Dispatch library) which allows some applications to use
Mesa while others use Nvidia OpenGL. The x11/nvidia-driver* ports have
been changed so versions above 390.42 now use CentOS libglvnd and no longer
install a bundled copy.

Update poppler to 0.72
This update brings many changes
- the build system has switched to cmake
- some ports needed to be switched to use their bundled
version of poppler:
- print/tex-luatex (r487226)
- print/tex-xetex (r487226)
- editors/opeonffice-devel
- Qt4 support has been dropped
- print/frescobaldi has been removed for this reason.
- most of the added patches can be removed with the next
upgrade of the concerning port.
