Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

New port: net/libpfctl: library for interaction with pf(4)

The libpfctl port builds a shared library version of the base system
internal libpfctl library.
While the base system libpfctl API/ABI is not guaranteed to be stable
the ioctl interface is, so any version of libpfctl can be safely used.

Note that currently only FreeBSD main (i.e. what will become 14)
supports libpfctl. The relevant changes will be MFC'd back to stable/13
and stable/12 in due course. At that point libpfctl will also be useful
there.

net/py-pyu2f: Add py-pyu2f 0.1.5

pyu2f is a python based U2F host library. It provides functionality for
interacting with a U2F device over USB.

pyu2f uses ctypes to make system calls directly to interface with the USB HID
device. This means that no platform specific shared libraries need to be
compiled for pyu2f to work.

By default pyu2f will use its own U2F stack implementation to sign requests. If
desired, pyu2f can offload signing to a pluggable command line tool. Offloading
is not yet supported for U2F registration.

New port: net/astron: Server Technology for Realtime Object Networking

Astron is an open-source, distributed server suite particularly well-suited
for powering MMO games. The design is inspired by a similar unrelated project
developed at the Disney Interactive Media Group, and used in-house from 2001

The suite consists of many components, which handle separate tasks in order
to distribute the workload of managing a multi-sharded game/application

WireGuard is an extremely simple yet fast and modern VPN that utilizes
state-of-the-art cryptography. It aims to be faster, simpler, leaner, and
more useful than IPSec, while avoiding the massive headache. It intends to
be considerably more performant than OpenVPN. WireGuard is designed as a
general purpose VPN for running on embedded interfaces and super computers
alike, fit for many different circumstances.

This package does not contain anything by itself - it is a "meta-port" that
depends on other wireguard packages.

net/hostapd-devel, security/wpa_supplicant-devel

Add two new development ports tracking the latest w1.fi development.
WPA developement is hosted at git://w1.fi/hostap.git however ports
plumbing provides API access to github. Therefore I cloned/forked
hostap, renaming "origin" to "upstream," with a brand-new "origin"
located on github. In theory this will allow me to git pull from
git://w1.fi/hostap.git and push to my github repo.

This will coincide with base tracking more recent developent at w1.fi,
supporting WPA3.

Add py-geopy 2.1.0

geopy is a Python client for several popular geocoding web services.

geopy makes it easy for Python developers to locate the coordinates of
addresses, cities, countries, and landmarks across the globe using third-party
geocoders and other data sources.

geopy includes geocoder classes for the OpenStreetMap Nominatim, Google
Geocoding API (V3), and many other geocoding services. The full list is
available on the Geocoders doc section. Geocoder classes are located in
geopy.geocoders.

Fix grpc issue in gitlab-ce

- While I'm here, use = instead of ?= because gitlab-ce does not have slave port
- Bump PORTREVISION for dependency change

gitlab-ce has some runtime issue with grpc versions, especially upb stuff.
Move all gitlab-ce dependencies to specific grpc/rubygem-grpc versions in order
to keep gitlab-ce port more robust.

The changes are as follows:
- Add devel/grpc134 (copied from devel/grpc)
- Add net/rubygem-grpc130 (copied from net/rubygem-grpc)
- Move gitlab-ce and its dependencies to grpc134 and rubygem-grpc130

net/chrony-lite: Slimmed down chrony without NTS support

chrony is a pair of programs which are used to maintain the accuracy of the
system clock on a computer; the two programs are called chronyd and chronyc.

chronyd is a daemon which runs in background on the system. It obtains
measurements via the network of the system clock's offset relative to time
servers on other systems and adjusts the system time accordingly. For
isolated systems, the user can periodically enter the correct time by hand
(using chronyc). In either case, chronyd determines the rate at which the
computer gains or loses time, and compensates for this. chronyd implements
the NTP protocol and can act as either a client or a server.

chronyc provides a user interface to chronyd for monitoring its performance
and configuring various settings. It can do so while running on the same
computer as the chronyd instance it is controlling or a different computer.

Remove most expired ports that depend on Python 2.7:

Exceptions are:
- mail/mailman, our listservers still use it
- www/chromium, solely because of popular demand,
upstream is (slowly) working on porting it to Python 3
- ports that have actual patches for Python 3 against
them (Cinnamon and a few unrelated other ports)
- llvm70 and qt5-webengine because they seem to have a lot
of dependencies which need further analysis
- sysutils/uefi-edk2-bhyve because bhyve seems to use them
- python2 and python27 themselves

I'm sure there will be complaints, but the nice thing about
a version control system is that we can revert and adjust things.

Add net/py-tacacs_plus: Client for TACACS+ authentication

A TACACS+ client that supports authentication, authorization and
accounting.

Unlike RADIUS, which was designed for similar purposes, the TACACS+
protocol offers basic packet encryption but, as with most crypto
designed back then, it's not secure and definitely should not be used
over untrusted networks.

This package has been successfully used with the free tac_plus TACACS+
server on a variety of operating systems.
