net-p2p/bazarr*: new ports for bazarr and bazarr-devel
Bazarr is a companion application to Sonarr and Radarr that manages and
downloads subtitles based on your requirements.
- net-p2p/bazarr uses latest stable release
- net-p2p/bazarr-devel uses beta builds (created automatically from
development branch once a day, if there were changes to that branch)
- Ports dont have bundled dependencies unbundled (yet).
Talked this over with upstream, they are not going to unbundle
for support-workload avoidance and ease-of-install they get from the
fact they bundle all dependencies on specific versions.
- Reserve UID and GID for bazarr daemon process
- Add to net-p2p/Makefile
- The plists are auto-generated as in multimedia/tautulli.

Remove most expired ports that depend on Python 2.7:
Exceptions are:
- mail/mailman, our listservers still use it
- www/chromium, solely because of popular demand,
upstream is (slowly) working on porting it to Python 3
- ports that have actual patches for Python 3 against
them (Cinnamon and a few unrelated other ports)
- llvm70 and qt5-webengine because they seem to have a lot
of dependencies which need further analysis
- sysutils/uefi-edk2-bhyve because bhyve seems to use them
- python2 and python27 themselves
I'm sure there will be complaints, but the nice thing about
a version control system is that we can revert and adjust things. (Only the first 15 lines of the commit message are shown above )

New ports: net-p2p/ktorrent, net-p2p/libktorrent, net/syndication
This is the current version of KDE Applications <foo>.
Note that users of KDE SC4 should stick with <foo>-kde4.
This one is a bit ugly: move libktorrent and ktorrent-kde4 out of the way and
readd the new ones in one go, to not have to touch the same MOVED lines in a
short time span.
Also this adds a very stripped down version of the desktuils/kdepim metaport,
which will get more and more dependencies added shortly.

net-p2p/deluge: split out CLI part
By popular demand split out deluge onto CLI part and GUI part to let users with
headless servers or users who do not want to install all the GTK2 stuff install
just deluge with minimal required dependencies.
deluge-cli port was introduced, that let user to run in CLI mode and to control
the queue via web-interface.
This change requires all the users of net-p2p/deluge to deinstall it first and
then install the required part:
- net-p2p/deluge-cli if GTK2 GUI is not required
- net-p2p/deluge to get the graphical client (net-p2p/deluge-cli will be
installed as a dependency)

Remove broken net-p2p/p5-Net-DirectConnect-TigerHash
This port has been broken for many months, and the maintainer recommends
that it be removed rather than fixed. He also indicated that
security/p5-Crypt-RHash would be a suitable substitute for this port.
net-p2p/p5-Net-DirectConnect, the only port to use it, has already been
modified to use p5-Crypt-RHash instead

Add net-p2p/zetacoin-nox11 as a slave to zetacoin. This allows installing
just the daemon on headless servers.
