Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Details:
- Rework dependencies to fix stage-qa warnings, at least for the default
packages and a couple configs tested.
- Add JPEG OPTION to allow to actually disable it (as it is picked up
automatically in most systems via build dependencies, even if the user
does not want to include it).

Switch to xorgproto instead of individual packages
Upstream used to distribute protocol headers as separate packages, but has
decided to merge those to a common package, named xorgproto. This update
tracks that change.
* Add a new port, x11/xorgproto, with are protocol headers for xorg.
* Hook the new protocol port to the build and to infrastructure in
bsd.xorg.mk.
* Update all ports with a dependency on any of the old *proto packages to
instead depend on xorgproto. Bump portrevision.
* Delete the old *proto packages, update MOVED.

- Update security/gnutls to 3.4.10.
- Rename the LIBDANE option DANE because that's the name of the protocol
supported by libgnutls-dane and gnutls-cli. Also clarify the option
description.
- Add an IDN option.
- libgnutls-openssl has been removed in 3.4. Some ports used this library
in their LIB_DEPENDS but no port actually required it.
- Some old API functions have been removed. Ports that used these have been
updated or patched to use the new API.
- Add a patch to print/cups to prevent overlinking of libgnutls.so.
- Bump PORTREVISION on dependent ports.
net-im/jabber: This port used the old API to give users fine grained
control over which crypto algorithms were used via a configuration file.
It's not immediately obvious how to port this to the new API so the port
always uses the defaults now.
www/hydra: Mark BROKEN. This uses more removed calls than the other ports,
is said to be alpha quality and not fully functional and has been abandoned
10 years ago.

Make dependency on `multimedia/libdvdnav' optional: riggs@ vaguely recalls
that there were build problems when disabling dvdnav some years ago, but I
had been building and running MPlayer without it for quite a while with no
issues. It remains enabled by default anyways.
While here use our standard OPTIMIZED_CFLAGS_DESC for OCFLAGS_DESC and fix
minor indentation bug.

Move Mk/bsd.gnome.mk and Mk/bsd.mate.mk to Mk/Uses/.
To use the GNOME or MATE components activate it by adding gnome
or mate to USES. The usage of USE_GNOME/INSTALL_ICONS and for
example GLIB_SCHEMAS has stayed the same.
Like with USES, the use of USE_GNOME and so after bsd.port.pre.mk
is now forbidden. And adapt ports that where still doing that.

Build with ffmpeg-2.8.5; fix zero-day remote vulnerability
Both mentioned CVE IDs refer to vulnerabilities where a remote attacker
can read arbitrary files by using the subfile protocol in an HTTP Live
Streaming (HLS) M3U8 file. Building with 2.8.5 fixes those.

i386 users can install multimedia/win32-codecs and just use them
with mplayer/mencoder without compile-time knobs
