Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
PETSc, the Portable, Extensible Toolkit for Scientific computation, provides sets of tools for the parallel (as well as serial), numerical solution of PDEs that require solving large-scale, sparse nonlinear systems of equations. PETSc includes nonlinear and linear equation solvers that employ a variety of Newton techniques and Krylov subspace methods. PETSc provides several parallel sparse matrix formats, including compressed row, block compressed row, and block diagonal storage. WWW: http://www.mcs.anl.gov/petsc/

Remove BROKEN and DEPRECATED line.
Actually math/petsc-mpich is not built becasue math/patsc
depends on shells/ksh93 which is RESTRICTED and this dependency
has been removed recently.

Mark as BROKEN, possibly due to the update to its masterport. Set for
expiration in 2 months if no one gets around to fixing it first.
