graphics/digikam: Remove WEBENGINE option.
After removal of www/qt5-webkit, www/qt5-webengine is the only
alternative.
While here, remove the dependency on graphics/liblqr-1 which has been
non-optionally bundled starting with 8.2.0 release. The Akonadi patches
need some work, but it builds, so I'll save that for the next release
along with a few other cleanups. Not depending on a non-existent port
is more pressing at this time.

graphics/digikam: Update to 8.1.0
Remove DOCS option: The docs haven't been shipped with digikam starting
with 6.0.0 and are now in a separate repository:
https://invent.kde.org/documentation/digikam-doc
This could potentially be a separate port, but they've been gone for
4 years and the online docs are still available from within digikam
through the help menu or using a webbrowser.
Remove DOXYGEN option: Enabling the DOXYGEN option was just creating
the target to build the API docs, but we weren't actually building that
target. They probably are not useful to most users and would just
add to the build overhead.
Remove KVKONTAKTE option: Plugin was removed upstream.
Add FACEDETECT option: This installs data required for the facial
recognition feature to work. The files total about 420MB, so this is
set to off by default for now. Could be a seperate port to make it
easier to allow users to add later if they want.
Re-enable the MEDIAPLAYER option and add options pertaining to it.
QtAV was imported into the digikam codebase after being abandoned by
the original author and can now build with ffmpeg 6.x.
Add options for finer database control and disable internal MySQL
support by default as it only works with MariaDB.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.
This commit implements such a proposal and moves one of the WWW: entries
of each pkg-descr file into the respective port's Makefile. A heuristic
attempts to identify the most relevant URL in case there is more than
one WWW: entry in some pkg-descr file. URLs that are not moved into the
Makefile are prefixed with "See also:" instead of "WWW:" in the pkg-descr
files in order to preserve them.
There are 1256 ports that had no WWW: entries in pkg-descr files. These
ports will not be touched in this commit.
The portlint port has been adjusted to expect a WWW entry in each port
Makefile, and to flag any remaining "WWW:" lines in pkg-descr files as
deprecated.

graphics/opencv: update to 4.5.1 -- and make port more easily maintainable
This is a major upgrade from 3.x to 4.x.
Changelog from versions 3.4.1--4.5.1 can be found here:
https://github.com/opencv/opencv/wiki/ChangeLog
Note: this has explicitely not been added as a new graphics/opencv4 port, but
replaces the
previous graphics/opencv[3] port. Again, to improve maintainability by not
giving ports
the option to pick the "wrong one" - this leads however to some abandoned
ports being
broken.
The port has been greatly simplified:
* graphics/opencv-core which existed to enable ffmpeg to depend on opencv,
and vice versa
has been removed. ffmpeg no longer can depend on opencv.
* graphics/py-opencv has been integrated into graphics/opencv, the default
versions python
bindings will be built unless the PYTHON option is explicitely turned off.
* graphics/opencv-java has been integrated into graphics/opencv -- it is off
by default,
but can be enabled by toggling the JAVA option -- there are no consumers
in the tree,
so that option might go away in the future.
* All the previous options have been removed and replaced by a (hopefully)
sane set of
dependencies that make the port and package most usable for the majority
of consumers.
- Please let me know if you think there are better defaults (i.e. anything
that is missing,
or something that should not be dependet on).
- If you think something should be added or removed, please open a bug
report.
- If you think something should be added as an optional dependency, please
open a
bug report (with a good reason [tm]).
The depending ports have been updated to work against opencv4, or marked broken.
* Ports broken:
- graphics/rubygem-objectdetect: OpenCV4 no longer ships opencv-1.0 API
- graphics/p5-Image-ObjectDetect: OpenCV4 no longer ships opencv-1.0 API
- graphics/gimp-gmic-plugin: OpenCV4 no longer ships opencv-1.0 API
* Backports:
- misc/visp:
https://github.com/lagadic/visp/commit/dfa7e4bd47c24cd2e631477e6afb18806733ff8a
- multimedia/zart:

https://github.com/c-koi/zart/commit/d3a2931b1a07ec0322211f253468000363c4b6cb
* Others:
- misc/actiona: switch to pkgconfig 'opencv4'
- multimedia/libav: drop opencv support
- misc/darknet: already failed to build prior to the upgrade
- math/saga: remove patching added to work against opencv3

Try to fix runtime graphics/digikam.
With this patch applied to git master, digikam starts and seems
to work. It still crashes on exit, though. That's an improvement
on crashes-before-startup.
The problem is described in the patch and in the PR: digikam
bundles all kinds of stuff (which packagers have been complaining
about for years) which breaks -- in this case, bundling internals
of Exiv2.
If this works (leaving the PR open) it will need an MFH.

Fix Qt5 symbol version scripts to put the catch-all clause first. When
a symbol matches multiple clauses the last one takes precedence. If the
catch-all is last it captures everything. In the case of Qt5 libraries
this caused all symbols to have a Qt_5 label while some should have
Qt_5_PRIVATE_API. This only affects lld because GNU ld always gives the
catch-all lowest priority.
Older versions of Qt5Webengine exported some memory allocation symbols from
the bundled Chromium. Version 5.9 stopped exporting these [1] but the
symbols were kept as weak wrappers for the standard allocation functions to
maintain binary compatibility. [2][3] The problem is that the call to the
standard function in these weak wrappers is only resolved to the standard
function if there's a call to this standard function in other parts of
Qt5Webengine, because only then is there a non-weak symbol that takes
precedence over the weak one. If there's no such non-weak symbol the call
in the weak wrapper resolves to the weak wrapper itself creating an infinite
call loop that overflows the stack and causes a crash. Some of the
allocation functions are variants of C++ new and delete and it probably
depends on the compiler whether these variants are used in other parts of
Qt5Webengine.
Remove the weak wrappers (make them Linux specific). This isn't binary
compatible but we are already breaking that with the changes to the symbol
versions.

Change cmake default behaviour to outsource.
Ports that build out of source now simply can use "USES=cmake"
instead of "USES=cmake:outsource". Ports that fail to build
out of source now need to specify "USES=cmake:insource".
I tried to only set insource where explictely needed.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
defined via Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 7.4 t
GCC 8.2 under most circumstances.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, as a double check, everything INDEX-11 showed depending on lang/gcc7.
