Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

graphics/darktable40: remove, darktable is same version now

Now that graphics/darktable has also been upgraded to 4.0.1,
there is no need to keep this port around.
Remove it, and add a MOVED entry.

graphics/darktable40: Add version 4.0 of darktable...

...while keeping the stable 3.8.1 separate.

Note that you will want to backup your databases before running
darktable 4.0 for the first time because it will upgrade the
databases such that they can no longer be used with darktable 3.8.

This port can later become graphics/darktable and replace it.
