Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.
This commit implements such a proposal and moves one of the WWW: entries
of each pkg-descr file into the respective port's Makefile. A heuristic
attempts to identify the most relevant URL in case there is more than
one WWW: entry in some pkg-descr file. URLs that are not moved into the
Makefile are prefixed with "See also:" instead of "WWW:" in the pkg-descr
files in order to preserve them.
There are 1256 ports that had no WWW: entries in pkg-descr files. These
ports will not be touched in this commit.
The portlint port has been adjusted to expect a WWW entry in each port
Makefile, and to flag any remaining "WWW:" lines in pkg-descr files as
deprecated.

- Bump PORTREVISION of dependent ports for dependency change
szip does not allow redistribution in binary form without proper commercial
license. Its LICENSE_PERMS should be set to no-auto-accept which blocks building
this port, therefore building dependent ports are also blocked. Switch all
dependent ports to science/libaec to avoid conflicts and license issue.

Unbreak the build when previous version of the port is installed by
preventing system-wide include directories being injected into the
global CMake state and thus taking precedence over target's include
directories. Hook provided test suite to our framework while here.

graphics/ilmbase, graphics/openexr: upgrade to upstream v2.4.0
graphics/gstreamer1-plugins-openexr: switch from C++98 to C++11 to
match new OpenEXR headers and unbreak compilation.
Bump PORTREVISION of all ports depending directly on either, based
on assessing INDEX-12 (bump_portrevision.pl -l (shallow) used).
Release Notes:
https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/openexr/releases/tag/v2.4.0
The update was deliberately deferred until after 2020Q1, and should
not be MFH'd back to it.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now.

Update ilmbase and openexr to 2.3.0, rename OpenEXR to openexr.
Release notes: <https://github.com/openexr/openexr/releases/tag/v2.3.0>
Adjust LIB_DEPENDS of all ports that require ilmbase or openexr to chase
the new lower-case spelling of the name, and to omit the version from the
library name to ease future maintenance.
Bump PORTREVISION of all ports that depend on ilmbase or openexr directly,
so that they all get rebuilt on upgrades.
Add patches to graphics/ampasCTL to keep it alive, with (a) ilmbase now
that its Iex::BaseExc class is no longer derived from std::string,
details were given upstream through https://github.com/ampas/CTL/issues/71
and (b) to unwind semicolon/;-lists in cmake that stem from openexr/
ilmbase pkg-config variables.
(Note ampasCTL is unmaintained as FreeBSD port, and upstream,
and I cannot run-time test it.)
Poudriere build tests on 11.2-RELEASE-p1 amd64 of ALL ports depending
directly or indirectly on ilmbase and/or openexr have passed without
regressions. Thus invoking due diligence, I believe I have done the
equivalent of an -exp run, and do not require approval for the dependency
chases to third-party ports.

- Update `graphics/alembic' to version 1.7.1 [*]
- Make HDF5 support (and thus the dependency) optional
- USE_GL and Boost dependencies are no longer needed, remove them and
their associated patch files
- Remove CMAKE_ARGS: it was setting values which are the defaults now
- Add missing USE_LDCONFIG and move USE_GITHUB together with other USE_*
knobs: while it makes sense to have a dedicated GitHub-related block
of knobs, single USE_GITHUB does not really warrant it
- Remove HDF5_ROOT gimmick for Alembic < 1.6.0's AlembicHDF5.cmake as it
is no longer required (ditto for the patch)

Allow HDF5 to be found with CMake >= 3.6.0.
CMake's FindHDF5.cmake underwent some refactoring upstream and it now respects
the HDF5_ROOT variable in more places and separates HDF5_LIBRARIES from
HDF5_HL_LIBRARIES.
Do some slight adjustments to the Alembic port for it to continue working with
the upcoming CMake 3.6.1 (they are no-ops with CMake 3.5.2 which is currently
in the ports tree):
- Set HDF5_ROOT via CMAKE_ARGS so that Alembic does not set it to a nonsensical
value.
- Add HDF5_HL_LIBRARIES to ALEMBIC_HDF5_LIBS so that libhdf5_hl.so continues to
be passed to the linker.
