Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

Description:
CodeSynthesis XSD is a W3C XML Schema to C++ translator. It generates vocabulary-specific, statically-typed C++ mappings (also called bindings) from XML Schema definitions. XSD supports two C++ mappings: in-memory C++/Tree and event-driven C++/Parser. The C++/Tree mapping consists of C++ classes that represent data types defined in XML Schema, a set of parsing functions that convert XML documents to a tree-like in-memory object model, and a set of serialization functions that convert the object model back to XML. The C++/Parser mapping provides parser skeletons for data types defined in XML Schema. Using these parser skeletons you can build your own in-memory representations or perform immediate processing of XML documents.

devel/xsd: Update to 4.2.0

Add two new support ports: devel/libxsd and devel/libxsd-frontend.

The runtime library was moved out of devel/xsd to devel/libxsd which is
why the headers are gone. The compiler frontend, which following a
previous comment in the devel/xsd Makefile suggesting that it should be a
separate port, but more out of necessity for compatibility with the
build2 build system, is now devel/libxsd-frontend.

The examples are now a separate distribution and I didn't really see any
urgent need to reincorporate them, as they would require yet another port
that the majority of our userbase would probably not be interested in as
xsd is ultimately just a build dependency for textproc/libkolabxml.

Update devel/libcutl to 1.11.0 due to header relocation.

Update textproc/libkolabxml to HEAD for C++11 compatibility.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Update to 4.0.0.

- Get rid of most of our patches: all the build fix patches are now
unneeded, and the only ones we still have in files/ are there to either
rename the xsd binary or install files into the right locations.

- Get rid of most bundled dependencies: use devel/build instead of the
bundled copy, and libcutl via devel/libcutl. The only exception is
libxsd-frontend, simply because its upstream is too horrible: it does not
even contain a `make install' target.

- Expand the LICENSE part: the port is GPLv2-licensed, but also contains
exceptions to allow its use with most free software licenses.

- Set CPPFLAGS, not CXXFLAGS, as the former's where we normally pass
  additional include paths.
