NOTE: the WWW: line in pkg-descr was relocated to a WWW= line in Makefile. Each port in FreshPorts has a homepage link. Look for it right after the Description: on each port's home page.

Do I know someone who can pick up a server from 7401 E. Ben White Blvd. Austin TX?

The emphasis is on know, or recommended by someone I know. This is the original FreshPorts server, way past useful: RAID, 8GB RAM, etc. The drives need to be wiped and everything recycled.

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles

It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.

Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.

There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Fix up (run) depends of devel/libmtdev

There's some confusion about evdev headers, and this patch
was shunted back and forth between Qt and others for a while,
and then languished.

Original patch from Ting-Wei Lan, partly obsoleted by changes
in Qt in ports r514242 and r514255, OK'ed by maintainer in the PR.

Split out evdev headers from multimedia/v4l_compat

Split out evdev headers (input.h, input-event-codes.h, uinput.h) into their
own port, devel/evdev-proto, and update those to be current with the Linux
4.19 kernel. This is done in order to be able to update the rest of the
FreeBSD input stack, which is forthcoming.

By splititng out the evdev headers we can update them independent of other
updates in v4l_compat, which makes it easier for the graphics team to keep
track of them and keep them updated as needed.

Update devel/libevdev from 1.4.4 to 1.5.9 instead of trying to make it work
with the updated headers. This will be further updated.

Update devel/py-evdev from 0.5.0 to 0.8.1 instead of trying to make it work

devel/libmtdev: add new port

PR: 196978
Approved by:	hselasky

mtdev is a stand-alone library which transforms all variants of
kernel MT events to the slotted type B protocol. The events put into
mtdev may be from any MT device, specifically type A without contact
tracking, type A with contact tracking, or type B with contact
tracking. See Linux kernel documentation for further details.
