- add chinese/Makefile.ttf to control install/deinstall process of all
  TrueType fonts in chinese/*ttf
- update related Makefile(s) and remove pkg-{install,pkg-deinstall,pkg-plist}

Remove the old brute-force script that generates thousands of XLFD.   Many of
them are unnecessary, and most of the task are handled by   ttfm now.
