audio/kid3: Update to 3.9.2; flavorize

Convert to FLAVORS with qt5 set as the default
- audio/kid3-qt5 -> audio/kid3@qt5
- audio/kid3-kf5 -> audio/kid3@kf5
- Add Qt6 flavor audio/kid3@qt6
