archivers/xar: Marlk BROKEN_SSL
- Fails to build with OpenSSL 3.0.0 and later
- Fails with error: undefined reference due to
--no-allow-shlib-undefined: EVP_MD_type
- Mark DEPRECATED as upstream last update was in 2012 and the project
seems dead.

Add WWW entries to port Makefiles
It has been common practice to have one or more URLs at the end of the
ports' pkg-descr files, one per line and prefixed with "WWW:". These
URLs should point at a project website or other relevant resources.
Access to these URLs required processing of the pkg-descr files, and
they have often become stale over time. If more than one such URL was
present in a pkg-descr file, only the first one was tarnsfered into
the port INDEX, but for many ports only the last line did contain the
port specific URL to further information.
There have been several proposals to make a project URL available as
a macro in the ports' Makefiles, over time.

Do not check for OpenSSL_add_all_ciphers() existense in OpenSSL.
In OpenSSL versions prior to 1.1.0 these functions initialised and
de-initialised this table. From OpenSSL 1.1.0 they are deprecated.
No explicit initialisation or de-initialisation is required.

GOOGLE_CODE has gone away.
- If a port has another upstream, remove GOOGLE_CODE
- If a port only has GOOGLE_CODE mark it BROKEN
Some ports have a local mirror configured but for security reasons, it
is not considered upstream.

MASTER_SITES cleanup.
- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.
While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.
Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Reset the 99 ports still listed under sylvio@
Sylvio's last commit was 17 months ago, a full 5 months after all of his
ports could have been reset per policy. Given the push to complete
staging (48 ports are still unstaged, something like 70+ have already
been staged by other committers) and given that PRs are automatically
assigned but never addressed, it's better just to reset all the ports and
PRs so that it's clear to others that these ports are free to maintain.

NEW XORG ON FREEBSD 9-STABLE AND 10-STABLE
This update switches over to use the new xorg stack by default on FreeBSD 9
and 10 stable, on osversions where vt(9) is available.
It is still possible to use the old stack by specifying WITHOUT_NEW_XORG in
/etc/make.conf .
FreeBSD 8-STABLE and released versions of FreeBSD still use
the old version.
A package repository with binary packages for new xorg will
be available soon.
This patch also contains updates of libxcb and related ports, pixman, as well (Only the first 15 lines of the commit message are shown above )

The XAR project aims to provide an easily extensible archive format.
Important design decisions include an easily extensible XML table of
contents for random access to archived files, storing the toc at the
beginning of the archive to allow for efficient handling of streamed
archives, the ability to handle files of arbitrarily large sizes,
the ability to choose independent encodings for individual files in
the archive, the ability to store checksums for individual files in
both compressed and uncompressed form, and the ability to query the
table of content's rich meta-data.
